- Schauspiel- und Improvisationstheaterbegeisterte, die Neues ausprobieren wollen

- BeraterInnen, TrainerInnen, PädagogInnen, u.a., die ihr Methodenset erweitern wollen
Mit viel Spaß und Lust am Probieren wollen wir an einem abwechslungsreichen Wochenende einige der vielfältigen Methoden des Theaters der Unterdrückten nach Augusto Boal (Forumtheater, Statuen- und Bildertheater u.a.) erleben, erlernen und erproben. Dabei werden auch Interventionen, die eine kreative Konfliktbearbeitung unterstützen, vorgestellt und in Modellszenen genutzt.
Schauspielübungen ergänzen das Programm.
Außerdem besteht die Möglichkeit, selbst erlebte Situationen für Modellszenen zur Verfügung zu stellen, zu bearbeiten und als Szenen- und Rollenmaterial zu erforschen.
Dazwischen gibt es Zeit, sich zu entspannen, Zeit am See, im Garten oder in den Bergen zu verbringen.
Augusto Boal (Brasilien) gilt als einer der wichtigsten Vertreter des zeitgenössischen Theaters. Sein Anspruch ist, in der Sprache des Theaters die Realität nicht nur zu zeigen, wie sie ist, sondern vor allem auch, wie sie verändert werden kann. So werden auf kreative Weise Handlungsspielräume eröffnet und gesellschaftliche und politische Veränderungsprozesse erprobt.

Open for eyeryone (no previous experience required):
- who wants to experience Forum Theatre and other methods of the Theatre of the
Oppressed of Augusto Boal
- who is excited by acting and improvisational theatre and wants to discover a new
method
- Trainers, pedagogues, counselors, a.o. who want to broaden their tools
"Interventions", which support a creative approach to solving conflicts will also be presented within the week and used in "model scenes". You will also be able to experience a range of acting exercises and a variety of theme related games.
And there will be opportunity to create model scenes based on real events from the participants life and work through them thus shedding a new light on them and (possibly) putting them into a broader perspective full of new possibilities -
- in between spending one’s time relaxing at the lake, in the garden or in the mountains in one of the most beautiful areas Austria has to offer.
Augusto Boal (Brasilia) is one of the most important representatives of contemporary theatre. Using the language of theatre, he is claiming to show the reality not only as it is but also how it can be transformed. In a creative way his work is opening new ways of acting and relating, thus bringing about social and political change and the awareness of alternatives.

Workshop Location: Ferienhaus Josee in Ebensee am Traunsee/ OÖ (www.josee.at), a simple yet nice and well located holiday residence, situated within a large garden right at the foot of the mountains in the heart of the “Salzkammergut”, famous for its crystal clear lakes and beautiful mountains.
The house is within 15 minutes walking distance of the public swimming beach of lake “Traunsee” and 10 minutes driving distance from the beautiful lake “Langbathsee”.
